Dress ~ Forever 21, Shoes ~ Payless

Thank god for the windy winds this afternoon. However, it was also superduper hot today, making me look like a sweaty sack of potatoes with tangled hair. Since it's summer time, I NEED to get my annual haircut. I'm a gal with huge sweat glands. But that's besides the point. If there wasn't strong winds today, it would be a failure to wear my sheer, high low dress. I don't own anything turquoise, so this was a must~have piece and it's so... EXOTIC! Not only because of the color, but also because of the denim vest on the top and the slit in the middle (no worries, I'm wearing shorts). 

Originally, I was about to wear purple Chucks, but I realized that sneakers and a high low dress aren't the best combo. Can't go wrong with classic black heels! Yeah, I don't really wear heels to school due to the fact that I'm 5'7 and I'm already taller than half of all the guys in my grade without shoes... *ugh*

WISHLIST UPDATE: Galaxy skirt, a pair of nude Vince Camuto heels.

As you can see, I have changed my blog. Also, I'm working on changing how I take photos. Usually, I take my photos at a parking lot around sunset, but from now on, I'll take them in the afternoon. 

Scorching sun at 3 pm = bad shorts tan and really dark shoulders... God, I love LA!
